I had purchased rcx[protected], hul pureit mineral ro+mf, classic on 03 december 2017, in rs.10500/-.
From the day i have purchased i am facing problem. Every other day i have to call customer care and they send a technician, who takes visiting charge and replace some parts of the ro. Till today i have spent around rs. 7000/- in 17 months.
The work and replacement done is as follows:
05.08.2019, replacement of gkk, rs. 2950.00
21.11.2018, replacement of gkk, rs. 2850.00
14.05.2019, replacement of filter, rs. 450.00
27.08.2019, repair of leakage, rs. 650.00
Now after two days again there is leakage and the technician dinesh from arian enterprises, gurgaon is saying that the electric pbc has problem, so rs. 3100/- needs to be paid for replacement.
I have been harassed and troubled both financially and mentaly.
Please ask the company to replace the pbc free of cost and repair the leakage. And if possible take back this machine and refund my rs.10500/-, so that i can buy some other company ro.
