This is to bring to your notice that we recently got the gkk 2 changed for our marvella ro. Within 3 days there were issues again with its light blinking and next day the ro stopped taking water supply. Immediately we raised a complaint on the helpline number.
The dealer’s technician kept calling us but never visited. Today some mukesh kumar called and was very rude stating some excuse for not turning up, and said’ kar do company mei complaint’ (Go ahead and complain to the company) needless to say we are left aghast. There’s no drinking water supply and such unprofessional attitude of your service staff has left us very disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
