Hi HUL Marvella RO service team I have contacted service agency in pondicherry. 2 months before . I had received a call after 2 weeks from the service center, after taking the details over the phone they said it’s an issue with power adapter.It has to be changed It’s been 60 days no one bother to give the update from Unilever, or local service team as it’s an essential needs for day to day requirement. Now I have to depend totally on external water source. It’s really unsatisfying to know the kind of service I have receiving after so many calls to Pureit customer care still no one bother to provide the solution on it. Again I contacted 30 days before... message received as below : "Thanks for registering ur Complaint with Pureit. Our Service Technician from chola agency will visit u within 24 HRS."
