We purchased a marvella (Ro +uv) purifier last august. The unit has been not functioning properly ever since. The unit was changed within the 1st two days itself due to major technical issue and after sometime the gkk-1 signal started to blink, on complaining to the call centre, i was informed that the gkk-1 unit needed to be replaced but the technician who attended the call just made some adjustment in coordination with area service manager and assured us that the problem has been taken care of.
I kept on complaining of the tds level which is well above 100 and also about the taste of the water.
After a month or two gkk-2 signal started to blink and on my persistent follow up gkk-1 unit was changed on foc basis. When i complained about the tds level has not gone down and even the taste of water is same as well water, i was assured that the tds level would come within the permissible limit with a day or two. When i spoke to the area service manager mr. Pathak he said that the tds level would come down only if the gkk-2 unit was changed and i would have to pay for it and he was very rude and he could not give proper explanations about the tds level not going down within the permissible level.
Now again the gkk-2 signal has started to blink and the taste of the water is same as our well water.
I request you to intervene in the above matter and get it resolved at the earliest.
Prior to this we have used kent water purifier for last 5 years and never faced such issues.
