[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — negligence and rude behaviour. delay in service. | |||
I had registered a service request at hul customer care on the 11th of april, as the device stops working automatically once the indicators blink for kit change. Water services are essential but since it was lockdown they dint complete the job. But after the services at hulbhad resumed, i kept calling for servicing but they only try convincing clients that the job will be done within a day. The distributors phone no. Is switched off. I have paidva heavy amc for the whole year. Pathetic technicians who dont know their work and even try to do fraud Was this information helpful? | |||
