Hi Srinivasan/Team, I have received below message from your team on May15 regarding my complaint . So far no one visited and I had received a call from one of the service center, after taking the details over the phone they said it’s an issue with power adapter. It’s been 15days no one bother to give the update from Unilever, as it’s an essential needs for day to day requirement. Now I have to depend totally on external water source. It’s really unsatisfying to know the kind of service I have receiving after so many calls to Pureit customer care still no one bother to provide the resolution on it.
