[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — pure it classic 23 litres | |||
I have been trying to call the customer care of pureit for almost a week now to come and replace the germkill kit. Everyday they say it will happen in 24 hours but nobody has come to my house in a week's time. I am from four bungalows, andheri west. If in a city like mumbai, this can happen what will happen in smaller towns and cities. Pureit has the worst customer service ever.i have to buy drinking water to drink everyday. The issue with service is even more serious in issue than with the device. Please do bear in mind, after sales service is as important as selling the product. For now i fixed it by myself after buying the kit from a local shop/ dealer. Trust me all good companies have a very good service, and thats why they stand out and are trusted.

Problem in water flowing. Registered complaint on 17.03.2018. Till today 08.04.2018 it is not resolved.
