I had called Pureit customer care on 23rd jan 2020 to book a 3000l GKK. Since my kit was almost over, they told me that I’m under “Pureit” promise and it will be delivered to me ASAP and that a technician will contact me. Neither dis I get a call nor did the product reach me. i got a message from Unilever saying if it is not delivered, I will get the GKK for free. I called back on Sunday with a fresh complaint, and neither did any one from customer care called nor did any technician called. I called the number on Monday at 2:30pm when they behaved like as though they had no clue and the technician calls me back saying he couldn’t reach my number whereas he was able to reach me after I complained. It’s been 105 hours and the filter is still not replaced. It shows sheer negligence and disregard for a client who has been using Pureit for more than 11 years and this has happened repeatedly. Now the technician says he will try to come before 8pm and I have to pay the full amount. Hindustan Unilever is running a fraud system with automatic replies of ‘72 hours or free’ just to keep the clientele at bay. I would like to see strict action taken for no upkeep or follow up of a flawed customer service and delivery system.
