I purchased pureit ultima ro+uv in 2016 and got replaced the gkk1 and gkk2 more than 6 times when the problem started and the indicators are not showing correct bars. Even after notifying the same to the vendor on same day, nothing was done and the problem continued. Now they are saying that need to replace adaptor i said ok he changed immediately which cost me rs 1850/- but still machine is not working again he opened front glass portion did something but he could not understand then he said control circuit needs to be changed that costs around 5500. It's ridiculous after changing whatever techniceian told me still my machine is not working and now he is saying the circuit started malfunctioning. Why the vendors are not handling the complaints efficiently? Even after paying 250 for each visit we are not getting proper service.
Also the vendor has damaged my glass panel that cost 2000 and there is no way to raise a claim. Why consumers needs to be suffered so much.
