I have been using pureit water purifier uv+ro for the past over 5 years. Recently the system is giving repeated problems and i am spending quite a good amount of money on it. Recently i got it repaired from your authorized agent and spend almost rs.10000/- and this happened in october, 2018. During the process of the repair since i am spending a lot of amount i enquired if there is any exchange offer available so that instead of spending rs.10000/- on the old one i can as well get a new one by spending another rs.1000/- or so. But the company said there are no such offers and i got my purifier repaired. Almost every part was replaced excluding the outer box. Now again the system is showing the message to contact the customercare. By spending rs.10000/- also the system did not work and failed again in 2-3 months time. Request you to give a solution for this repeated repairs. I could have gone for a new purifier by spending couple of thousands more which should have given me lot of peace. Even after my repeated enquiries to your authorized agents they never told me to go for a new one. Even i thought by replacing all the parts the system will work for an year or two without much headaches. Please advise.
