[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — technical issue in germkill battery

I bought battery kit from "vividha steel shop", address - shop no. 6, dhanlakshi kripa, kale padal road, sasane nagar, hadapsar, pune - 411028

There is leakage from battery so i contacted to shop but they refused to change it and asked to contact to customer care. After that i complained in customer care.

Customer care executive visit and asked that there is some technical issue in battery and it can not be replaced.

Please help me to get back my money from shop.

My issue is I have bought a water purifier of pureit by Flipkart which was I received on 7 of March 2018 still not a single service engineer came for Free demo and installation process.
