Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Theft of parcel and forgery | |||
I have ordered samples thru the smartpick program. The courier partner ST Couriers has forged my signature on the Proof of Delivery document and reported as item delivered. The people at HUL are refusing to acknowlege this and claiming reasons like technical issues, will be delivered soon etc. Am attaching screen shot of the POD There are many cases of such forged signatures mentioned in the comments on the advertisement on Facebook Was this information helpful? | |||
