I have 2 complaints.
1. Service request - C[protected] for 10th Aug was never arttended. I am sure one of your service team would have cancelled it or would have marked as attended. This is the second time this is happening.
2. The main complaint is The water purifier fell down cos the back panel broke and it is leaking and i have requested for service engineer to check every one requested pic on whats app and from 9th august they are yet to confirm on the availability of back panel. they do not call and every day we have to call them to hear from them to call another number or to wait. so after paying money and getting the product due to inferior quality of the product the customer has to run from pillar to post to get it corrected and for 10 days has to put up with a leaking water purifier. this is the fate of customers buying pureit watrer purifier. i would highly recommend customers to stay away from pureit as paying money and getting a product and then having slepless nights and stress on getting complaints resolved is not needed to anyone.
I will go one step ahead and provide the phone number of the pureit agent who has been taking our complaints for granted [protected]. hope the proof is enough for pureit to take action on their erring personnel and start treating customers right. Was this information helpful? |
