[Resolved]  Pureit Marvella Ro — The service center attending and not answering calls. Issue unresolved even after 5 days

I had lodged a complaint that RO is not working on 25th August. Registered mobile number ([protected]) . The technician visited and replaced 2 electrical parts charging me rs 2000. The RO worked for a day but again the issue came up and there was no water in RO. I called customer care number of times, even talked to managers of agents but no one is able to solve my problem on urgent basis. They will not commit anytime but will as "as soon as possible" . This is bull . Even 5 days are not as soon as possible for them. I would not recommend anyone this RO. Really bad service and there technician don't know anything. I really doubt if the parts they changed was really required. The agency that I was dealing is Shop No 28-30, LG, Onemart complex, sector - 6, vasundhara, Ghaziabad, UP (Ph No : [protected]). The agent that came and replaced the parts who is now not asnwering phone is Mr. Surinder ( Ph. No: [protected]). I have spent almost 300 Rs getting mineral water from outside.
