Purplle.com — Cancellation of order stating non availability of product many days after placing the order

Hello!
I placed an order with purplle.com for 2 body dhop shower gels on 7th may 2016. I got a confirmation too. But, after 4 days, i received an email stating that purplle.com was cancelling my order on its own since the products were not available with them anymore!
When i raised much hue and cry about it and exchanged umpteen number of emails, i was time and again assured of getting the products and was asked to give some more time. Still nothing happened. I only had to check with them.
Finally on 20th may, they told me that the stock was not available with the vendor and my order was getting cancelled.

I asked them to get a senior to call me and despite repeated email reminders, have not received a single call till date.
And, mind you, this is not a one-off incident. Happened with me earlier also. Just imagine, twice out of 3 orders!!

The staff of this company is extremely rude and of "couldn't care less" attitude. I don't understand why are they in the retail business when they don't know the basics.
No one even bothered to get in touch to apologize. See how godly they behave!

There were offers on body shop products elsewhere too but unfortunately i chose purplle.com over them. Apart from the time and energy i lost, i had to buy it in mrp finally because i had to gift it to somebody on a specific date!!

I plan to file a case in the consumer court for their negligent behavior.

Customer had placed an order for Body Shop Products. As the products were out of stock we were unable to deliver customer's order, We had also sent an email to the customer that products are not available, customer was upset about the same, As a good gesture we did order discount of 10% on next order customer is not ready to agree.
Not the complete truth. You kept postponing it saying you are trying to get the stock whenever i asked you the status.

When you sell a product on your website, you should have/make it available.
What makes you think a customer who has had 2 unpleasant experiences out of the 3 times he has shopped with you, will be foolish enough to do so again? What is the use of your silly gesture?
Who will compensate for the lost time, energy and money? I would have bought from someplace else at a same or lesser discount instead of buying it on MRP at the last minute!

I kept on asking you to get your senior to speak to me but you never did!

Now also i keep sending you emails asking you to STOP sending me promotional messages but you don't listen.

You are a no-good, worthless company with no regard to the customer's grievances.
Fake products are given in www.purplle.com. 9 days later is you ask for the order item they are cancelling the items automatically and mentioning that as per request order has been cancelled. Fake website. Items given not upto the mark.
