I am highly disappointed with your such pathetic service experience.Despite being loyal customer such worst ever experience has surely taken my all confidence.I have got the Loreal products delivered for order no-[protected] and the moment I opened and saw the product I can make out both of them are not even original Loreal product.You have duped me and sent me some pathetic, cheap and local product in its bottle.As I am a regular user of the products so I can make out only with their fragrance that they were not genuine product.How can you do to such unethical business practices .I immediately need refund of my amount as I am not going to allow you to fool me and will ensure that such useless n unethical business practices will go to the right forum for its justice. Verified Support Mar 09, 2017 Purplle.com Customer Care's response We have arranged a reverse pick up of the products L'Oreal Professionnel X-tenso Care Straight Serum (50 ml) and L'Oreal Professionnel X-tenso Care Straight Masque (196 g). Please make sure the product should be unused. We request you to please pack the product in the bubble wrap and then put it in a box to avoid damage in transit. It will be done in 3 to 4 working days.After the pickup is done, we will make arrangements for the refund to be made. The refund will be processed once we receive the product at our warehouse. (The product may take up to 10 working days to reach our warehouse from the date of collection from your place.) | |||
