Sir, I wish to complain about some product that I purchased on 09 November 2021 through online mode. Order no. is [protected]. I have ordered 4 products from purplle but 2 products are missing one is lakme 9 to 5 vitamin C face serum and biotique after bath body oil .Please deliver the missing products to the same address as soon as possible. Verified Support Dec 10, 2021 Purplle.com Customer Care's response Dear Consumer Complaints, Greetings from Purplle Executive Customer Relations team!! With regards to the order[protected], concern related to the products Lakme Vitamin C+ Serum 30 ml and Biotique Carrot Seed Anti-Aging After-Bath Body Oil (120 ml) which are missing from the order. We spoke to the customer as we have received the complaint. We informed the customer that we have now processed the refund of Rs 495.10/- as an exception. However, the shipment weight was 0.75 kgs for four products Most of the refunds are credited in 24 to 48 hours so you can expect this to be credited to your source account in 1 to 2 working days. However, there may be very rare instances where the refund may take a maximum of 7 to 10 working days due to delays from the Payment gateway.
