​Greetings from Purplle Executive Customer Relations team!!

Order id[protected], shipment AWB[protected] was cancelled by the customer from our application on[protected], reason mentioned as - Order created by mistake!

Accordingly, we have initiated the refund amount of Rs 587/- on[protected] Generally, a refund once initiated, is credited within 1-2 working days in your account. However, sometimes due to delay at the payee bank's end, it may take up to 7-10 working days to reflect ( Excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays). The refund will be reflected under the name of MANASH LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED

We humbly request you to kindly raise a dispute with the bank if the refund is not showing in your account after the given timeline of 7-10 working days. we also would like to inform you please check your bank statement as sometimes you will not receive an SMS of the refund due to a network issue.
