I had already filed a complain on Sunday, 7 june against purplle app that my money is debited from my account and order is not verified and placed yet!! Your one of your customer service call me and told me that it would take 2-4 working days to reflect back money in my account at a provided time frame, or if not money was not reflected may be order would be placed but neither of the things happened and it's been a week now!!! can you please check and help me out.
Placed my order or credit my money back!! I had ordered on 3 June and now it's 16 June and I don't recieved it yet. Like seriously I'm so disappointed from your purplle service!!

my order was successfully placed ...also the payment done but I got a mail then where my all items are cancelled due to verification failed... Nd still I didn't get any refund from you why?
