As I already discuss with the purplle they showing me 2 gift in my cart one is freebie which is a lipstick of Maybelline and one is blue denim jeans nailpolish but after placing a order they send me only one gift nail polish and now again I m trying they show 2 different gift one freebie and one if we make first time shopping but they send only one with there own choice and now they said u choose only one but if there is a option then we'll definitely choose but actually in promotion we get both but they give only one gift either u r freebie or new customer or whatever. Very disappointed this was my first and last and worst experience with purple I want my nail polish any how which was showing there. Better than this we buy from Amazon or flipkart or myntra they are better and trustable sites. I want my gift of nail polish any how. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Purplle.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 30, 2021 Updated by Tahim vinita This was the gift I get but in my order now I can't track it and they say we can't give u only get one then why they show 2 gift and gave option also to choose colour in ur 2nd one.
