I have ordered some items from purpell.com on 22 sept, 2019. It was a prepaid order worth Rs. 500 which is shipped through xpressbees delivery services. The awb number given by purpell happened to belong some other customer. So, when I tracked my order, the status shows that it has been delivered when in reality I haven't received it.
I am trying contacting purpell customer care services but they're not reverting my mails and not connecting the call. It is utterly disappointing. I'm unable to do anything. Was this information helpful? |
