First Issue:- I ordered a product and received a damaged product for that i received again a replacement product Which is also damaged then i applied for refund and Purplle asked me for Bank details for refund then they credited the refund amount in my Purplle wallet which is not acceptable at all.
Second Issue:- I ordered another product which is to be delivered on 12/03/21 then it got delayed to 15/03/21 and then it is delayed to 18/03/21 without any intimation. So this is really bad and unprofessional behaviour.
