With regards to your complaint, the customer had placed an order 32027174 on 27th January 2023 and that was delivered to him on 29th January 2023.
The customer had raised a return request stating the the products were missing in her order and chose a reason as "Box tampered/Purplle tape tampered"
As per the investigation due the history of missing products in the past with the same device ID the return has been rejected from the team as we have already processed the refund amount of Rs 1500.00 under the reason of missing product on 24th January 2023 under the order ID 31743772. As per the customer history we are unable to proceed with the return for the customer.
