I haven't received the parcel from purplle.com but the status is showing that the delivery is successful. The order id is[protected].
I have complainted it to the purplle customer care and they sent me the pod report which has been kept on successful delivered option.
The pod that was on that doesn't belongs to me or not even was one if my friends, neighbours or watchman. I also mention that to them that the delivery person or company donot even follow the protocol by calling me for confirming address and tym for delivery.
The next day in morning i get a message that the order was delivered at 23:41 hr on[protected].
Its already been 3 working days as their policy said that it takes 2 to 3 working days to resolve the issue. But apart from resolving i don't even get the information about it from courier company as well as from customer care. I am really disappointed with the purplle.com and their irresponsible behaviour. They should understand its their responsibility to inform the customer about the status of complaint.
I urge you to take strict actions on such frauds happening and restrict such websites as well as courier companies who are involved in such frauds.
