I ordered some products from purplle.com on 16th december. They used xpressbees courier service to ship the order.. I tried to track the order.. On 20th december it showed that the items are undelivered... I called purplle.com customer care.. They said that the product is misrouted.. I don't know when i will receive the product.. This makes me to think that i never going to buy from purplle.com from now onwards.. It uses such a bad courier service... I request purplle.com to choose some other courier service... Else u will lose lot of loyal customers..
