This is purplle.com ORDER- [protected] MADE ON 10-JUL-2016 STILL NOT DELIVERED. Used paytm wallet for the payment. They do not even initiate the refund. This is a fraudulent site never order anything. It's been more than a month now and they do not respond properly and they do not give necessary solution too. Verified Support Jul 31, 2016 Purplle.com Customer Care's response We are sorry the order was not delivered due to some logistic issue as this was dispatched from our end on 12 July 2016 via Holisol Logistic under AWB #[protected].
As per customer confirmation on call, the order has been cancelled and we have made arrangements to initiate the refund for your payment of Rs 520.00. The reference id for this is SR077632.
This amount will be credited through the same payment mode(Paytm wallet )within 7 to 10 working days.
