I am using PVR App more than 2 years. Yesterday, I booked a ticket through PVR App. Ticket has been shown in Homepage and also in My booking option. But, today I am unable to open My booking Section. I booked 6 Avatar movie tickets of 23/09/2022 11:00pm show in PVR Mahagun, Ghaziabad . The show was cancelled and they didn't informed us about it, costing us Time, Travel Cost and another available show. Disappointing service from PVR, And I am a regular PVR customer.

As per law, one is allowed to carry their own food to cinemas. I was carrying my box of rice and was approached by the PVR Juhu staff that I cannot consume the same in the common outside food area but only inside the auditorium. I don’t think there is any such rule location based rule, I should be allowed to have my own food while waiting for the doors to my movie screen open....

We landed at shara ganj mall PVR lucknow ;up. To my surprise the staff was condescending and behaved as if tjer were not workers but owners. They were reluctant to cooperate with you in understanding the offers and perks given by company.

PVR Employee request extra amount of food by giving excuse that today is Sunday that's why we are taken extra amount. Even they do no provide me a bill not even get a message of it.

The behavior of employee was also not good. Please take some strict action against him.
It is not expected to PVR Cinemas that this will happen as I am a regular customer of PVR....

I visited pvr Prayagraj (Allahabad) on 25 August 2022 with my daughter, she insisyed me to buy a cheese popcorn combo there.But they provided me stale popcorn combo costing a whooping Rs.520.My daughter got severe tummy ache with continous loose motions for 3 days.Why the ### you guys making fool of your CUSTOMERs, i want full compensation for this, otherwise i qm going to complain in FSSAI department...
