Today dt 31.08.19, i visited pvr city center gurgaon for some ticket at pvr ticket counter, pvr person say that f&b voucher compulsory, without f&b discount voucher they are not selling ticket. They are saying ' book your ticket online through book my show. Please take necessary action. No one ready to listen customer problem. Pvr city center service too poor.
