[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Money deducted for a failed transaction | |||
Hi Team, This is regarding a couple of ticket I was booking on 21st December 2014 evening. I booked two tickets for pk(using pvr app), for seat 5 and 6, row O. The money got deducted from my debit card but the transaction failed. As it has happened before, I decided to book the tickets again, I still chose the same seats as they were vacant. now this time transaction went through and I end up watching the show, next day. I was under an impression that my money will be refunded to me for the first transaction as it didn't go through. However, it did not happen, I contacted my bank, kotak mahindra, they took a more couple of days, and called me today, only to inform me that the merchant has asked the payment from the bank, so they had to make that payment.(For both the failed and successful transaction). So ultimately, they want me to contact the merchant, which is making me write this down. So, all I want is the refund for the failed transaction. Kindly revert as soon as possible so that I can go ahead and book my next show with you guys for new year's eve.
