[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — privilege card issue - rs. 300 paid | |||||
This is really frustrating. I paid rs.300 from my airtel money on 17-oct-17 (Txn id - [protected]). Money debited from airtel bank but pvr app says "something went wrong please try again." this is the message i get as usual for every tab change or a button i click. How do i trust this pathetic app. Kindly get my privilege card or refund my money asap. I am determined to escalate this issue at any cost until i get my card or money back. I have already emailed my issue twice to [protected]@PVRcinemas ID and Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Rajendra Kumar have replied in negative. Anyways, I have replied again.
Hope your team shall be doing the needful ASAP.
