[Resolved] Quikr — Amount not getting initiated after i sold my phone to quikr itself | |||||
My lead i'd is 30160. I have given / sold my samsung galaxy s6 phone to quikr with a promised price of 19437 on 29th nov. Today it's end of the day of 1st december and they still haven't initiated the amount to my bank account though i have already sent my bank account details to [protected]@quikr.com as per their advise. No responsible answer from the quikr customer service as well and is just asking me to wait since they do not have any info. Feeling helpless. Please look into this matter asap. Jan 31, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Though it took a lot of time about 15-16 days but I received the amount from Quikr and the issue stands resolved now. Hence closing this complaint.
