[Resolved]  Quikr — Amount not getting initiated after i sold my phone to quikr itself

My lead i'd is 30160.
I have given / sold my samsung galaxy s6 phone to quikr with a promised price of 19437 on 29th nov. Today it's end of the day of 1st december and they still haven't initiated the amount to my bank account though i have already sent my bank account details to [protected]@quikr.com as per their advise.
No responsible answer from the quikr customer service as well and is just asking me to wait since they do not have any info. Feeling helpless. Please look into this matter asap.

Though it took a lot of time about 15-16 days but I received the amount from Quikr and the issue stands resolved now. Hence closing this complaint. Thanks!

Its been 7 days now and till the amount is not initiated to my bank account for the lead id : 30160.
I was promised that the amount will be initiated in 24 hours when I sold my mobile to Quikr and now its 7 days. No updates, no reply / response, no initiation, no contact, nothing from your (Quikr) side.

It's been 10 days now, and still my amount is not initiated to my account. I mean this is getting worse and worse and a complete mental harassment

Subho05. The same thing happened with me bro. I have also sold my one plus 2 64 gb at a promised price of 12762. but still now haven't got the money and when i called the support team they are not responding my call. Lead ID:35511. Feeling helpless. I think I should file a police complaint regarding this matter and let's drag the quikr team to consumer court for our justice. Feel free to mail me bro at " [protected]@gmail.com "

Hi Sradhasis, it took some time about 15-16 days but I did receive the amount from them.
I forgot to close this case. Just closing it now. Just try to be in touch with them everyday and push them so that it gets done for you as well.
