Qvalpro — Consumer harassment for unreasonable claim of money

Dear sir,

This is regard to a consumer who has been torturing us ever since he placed an order on our website www.CitynU.com . The order No 3176 was booked on 30th Jan 2015. Customer booked two products worth Rs 760 + Rs 70 as shipping charge in which he availed a discount of Rs 250 on the total order amount. Net payable amount was Rs 580 on the site

From these two products, One got delivered already and the second product due to carelessness of courier company got delayed in the delivery but however it will be delivered today as confirmed by First Flight.

In the meantime, we were continuously in touch with the consumer and kept him informed all times about the order status . Additionally, we were also ready to re ship the order with complimentary snacks but as consumer confirmed to us that he didnt want the order to be re-shipped . We processed his refund along with the shipping price he paid the same day he asked for his refund . The refund amount was a total of 435 Rs ( incl of shipping cost) the refund was for the product he did not receive .

The consumer is now asking us to pay additional amount as compensation for man hours, email and calls and as per him false hopes from our end which is not the truth . As per him the compensation amount after the refund comes to Rs 300. He has been torturing us by sending nasty mails and calls and abusing our customer support executive on calls. We are bearing this mental harassmnet even after refunding his money as well as delivering the product to him .

Though Rs 300 is a small amount and we can pay it off to him to close this issue but we decided to report it to you so that such consumers dont trouble other companies and take undue advantage of the fact that we treat our consumers like King.

We have also seen that this particular consumer has been maligning other companies as well on your forum and he is threatening us as well in same fashion

If required, we can send the entire communication that happened between our customer support team and this consumer .
