Qvalpro — Mental harasment

My complaint is towards citynu.com online shopping website. I placed 2 orders on citynu.com on[protected]. They were giving Rs1 00 off on 200 purchase by applying coupon code HALD50. Somehow when i applied that coupon code their site start showing discount of 199. the code was applicable to Haldiram's product only but ther site accepted it for other brand products. So i placed 2 orderes with 199 discount. Now they are saying that i have done some cyber crime to get this discount and aslo the code was for kotak bank users only but i used citi so another fraud from my side. It was some bug in their website but they are blaming me and harasing me. They denied to ship my order and also send me several mails saying that i did a fraud which i never did. this is very frustating. I talked to Neha their team mebber, over phone and she also kept blaming me that it is my fault. How come it's my fault if their website is accepting orders they should place validations on their end and must not blame customers for their mistake. I want to take appropiate action against them
