Rail Yatri App — Train has been cancelled

I booked amritsar to Delhi shtabadi express for 24th oct, 2020 and a return ticket for 27, oct, 2020. I got information from friend that no trains are running and these rail yatri people are taking people's hard earned money with no such information on the app.
Also, there is no notification about cancellation of train. I have also confirmed this from my city's Railway Station and they confirmed about it.

I dont know how to get my money back from rail yatri. I called customer care, they never pick up.
I wrote a mail, never got replied
