Railway — Amount not refunded

IRCTC - Amount not refunded [Comment in Complaint] I have booked ticket on july 1st and travel date was 16th august in train number 22644 from chennai to kochi. But the train was running late for 5+ hours. I was having final sem exam the next day and fearing that the train will be more late I travelled in a different train. And I have filed TDR for the booked ticket. But still I haven't got it refunded. Kindly help me out in this issue...
