[Resolved] Rajaraman — Reliance Netconnect - 230kbps after 999 netconnect+ truly unlimited | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, This is Rajaraman from old perungalathur to register a unsatisfactory complaint against the Reliance Netconnect broadband plus for their wrong tariff plan mentioned in the rcom and also for slow speed with unfair response. My datacard no. is [protected] and i am a High speed data card customer . Recently, i've topped it up for 999 Rs. with the unlimited high speed offer, which was supposed to be 20 gb till last month. The moment before i topped up, i read it and then done it. i am recieving very slow speed @ 144 kbps which was supposed to recieve the speed only my high speed data balance gets over. I contacted customer care and they asked me to reinstall. even after reinstallation i did got the same slow speed, too. i am facing this terrible issue only after my topped up. but i wasn't facing on the same day, but from the next day, i am feeling such terriblity. I want the present 999 rs. plan to be revoked completely by technical admin and refund the payment, i will make the fresh recharge, Henceforth, please consider my complaint as legitimate and take the necessary action at your convenience ASAP to resolve my issue .
