I was trying to book ticket on rsrtc online booking site but the transaction failed. I made payment through mobikwik. Money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. My transaction details are -

Resp Sir, I was stand near Jail bus stand Hanumangarh Jn. to go by rsrtc bus no RJ 13PA 4478 to my village Dulmana, (Pilibanga).
Your conductor rudely behaved and denied that he will not Stop at Dulmana stand. The bus was not Fully seated, even approx 20 person was sitting inside.
I don't know what is the stretegy of the roadway about stopping the Bus but behaviour of the employees of the corporation was very bad.

I have booked one Volvo bus ticket from Jaipur to Barmer on 17 july 2020 through (rsrtconline.rajasthan.gov.in) this transaction was successful at time of booking but my ticket has not been booked and i have called and mailed to RSRTC, but RSRTC didn't any action till now. I boarded a bus from government bus stand pali. I took a ticket of charbhuja in the same bus which is going to udaipur. The conductor is dishonest and untrustworthy. He is taking money for the travel from passengers but not giving tickets in return. He is adamant and exploiting government property. This is happening in most of buses on this route as i am a regular traveller of this route. This sort of corruption must be taken seriously....

I have tried booking ticket twice from rsrtc site. Both times money was deducted from my account but nothing happened. First time instead of copy of my ticket showing up, it took me to the login page and the second time after payment was completed same thing happened. Sir, i am sitting in bus but conductor said that passenger going to chomu go in another bus. He is saying limited passenger allowed for chomu but almost 25 seats empty. I have booked a volvo bus from jaipur to delhi for 31/01/2020. My pnr number is[protected]. My bus time was 11.00 pm and on 11.15 pm the ticket counter man told me that your bus was cancelled and you are shifted to another bus which will coming on 12.00 pm. Bus had departed 15min before scheduled time, so i could not boarded the bus even after reaching in time.
I suffered mentally and financially.
Please look in to the matter and arrange to refund fare, and take action against consern staff.

I am traveling from newai to jaipur right now and the bus conductor asked me to pay the fare of 80 rupees and i simply paid.
But when i asked for the ticket then he said that he doesn't has printing roll and can not print the ticket.

The conductor is doing the same with all the passengers.
All the travelers are complaining for the same.
Even bus doesn't has lights.

I use to rsrtc service from jaipur to deoli but conductor issue me ticket from jaipur to tonk so i argue with him for ticket from jaipur to deoli but he denied for this. Its loss to customer of rs 20 because i have to purchase another ticket from tonk to deoli in same bus. Its panic to me. I traveled from jaipur to delhi on 25/08/19 by volvo bus (Departure at 6.00 pm). Earlier bus used to stop for midway break at hira resorts, bikanerwala, behror, which a quite a decent and clean environment. But this bus was stopped as midway break at highway king, behror. The highway king is already a very crowded place with no separate area for rsrtc bus customers due to which they are not able to serve rstrc bus customer within the 20 minutes...

Sir i traveling from haridwar to jaipur from ac slipper bus at 24/08/19 6:30pm and attached my ticket and pnr no.in photos. Sir at 9:00 pm the driver stop bus at gupta resort muzaffarnagar. All the passengers say driver and conductor to avoid because this is so expensive. But they say "jis ko khana h wo kho warna subha tk bhula raho". And misbehaving with all. Dear sir i am traveling from haridwar to jaipur today (24 august) and my pnr no. Is xjprr[protected]. Sir at 9:00pm driver stop bus on gupta resorts, muzaffarnagar. All the passengers are told him & conductor to avoid it because the food is so expensive but they say "gis ko khana h wo khao warna subha tk bate raho". Atlast i eat and pay 236+37. And one passenger pay 165/- for one masala dosa. And all passengers are pay 1800/& more....

I'm in the rajasthan roadways govt bus from bharatpur to jaipur. Bus no. 1634, the lady conductor is overloading the bus continuously irrespective of the inconvenience caused to the passengers.
Many people including me are forced to share their seats with the co passengers because of low availability of seats compared to the passengers traveling in the bus....

I was booking a ticket from delhi to jaipur on 3rd june through website 'https://rsrtconline.rajasthan.gov.in/user/login'. my ticket was not booked but amount get deducted. I called the customer care number, they told that you can again book the ticket and the amount that was deducted earlier will be refunded in 7-8 working days.
