Bus Time Is Not Suitable, Passengers Wait For Almost 1 hour when bus is fully loaded And Conductor Behaviour Is Very Rude towards Passenger....

I am traveling by khetri depo 12pm 15feb2023 from didwana to jodhpur the bus cundoctor was miss behaviour I have a seat but conductor was say stand up after stand-up cundoctor was sleeping...

There is a toll road between Sikar to Kuchaman. But even after collecting toll at two places, the road is completely damaged. Kindly get proper action done....

Roadways bus departing from Jodhpur has overloaded passenger more than seated capacity. Bus no is 4262

Driver and conductor are misbehaving and I asked for the refund but they denied....

My smart card app no. 84661 was approved on 22december 2022 and i should get this within 10-15 days but still today on 13 january 2023 I don’t get my card. And whenever i tried to mail and call but didn’t get any response. Even they don’t share post tracking number or anything information regarding my card’s status...

I am service Air Force Police Officer and presently posted in Jammu Kashmir region. On 25 Dec 22, i was about to travel from Jaipur to Pali. There Mr. Jagan Singh came into the bus and misbehaved with me and also thrown luggage outside the bus. Is this the behaviour we desrve from our own citizens. I could have man handled him and could have taught him lesson then and there for misbehaving but being a responsible citizen, i choose to remain...

I have completed my transaction and message was showing that bank not responding infact that's not the case as my amount deducted and no ticket is shown in my account till and no refund been done also.

I am travelling from Udaipur to jodhpur from last 3 years with the same route with rsrtc buses. This time I had face and saw the behaviour of staff (conductor and driver), that they’re not even talking properly and abusing people when they’re asking for stoping the bus for their stop (even in a nice way). I was in an accident in a RSRTC bus on 27th October 2022. Pali Depot bus number 5062 met with an accident at 5:15am in Banoli, Haryana resulting in the death of the driver, Parveen and many passengers being severely injured.

I applied for Rsrtc Rfid student smart card on 22 sept, but when i am tracking, it is showing that registration is still pending its been almost 5 days after form submission.Being a daily student without smart card costing a unbearable huge amount. Kindly approve my registration for student smart card.
