Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — poor water quality/installation | |||||
Dear sir/madam I gurpreet singh resident of krishna park ext, tilak nagar faced some electricity problem on 09.08.2017 at 05:40 am. The fans, lights etc in my home started on and off frequently and there was sudden fluctuation. On checking it has found that there was some sparking at the input terminals inside the meter and i put off the main mcb and filed a complaint to bses rajdhani customer care. The meter was installed just one year ago on 02.08.2016. The line man came and he disconnected the wire and told me that the meter has been burnt and it will be replaced by other bses employee. On 12.08.2017 the two bses employee came and replaced the old meter with new one and when i received my electricity bill on 19.08.2017 i saw that bses rajdhani have levied rs2623/- of defective/damaged meter. The burning of terminals or meter is may be due to poor quality/installation of the meter. The consumer should not getting charge against the defective/damaged meter because its not just my fault. The discom is responsible for their poor product. Please check the poll no. (KPR P-543) the high voltage wire is down to the poll and who speaking in front of balcony on my house. Please repair or change as wel as possible. Please treated as urgent because it is to dangerous of life...
