Rakhi Bazaar — Shipment reached hub, but they are not delivering

Hi I ordered 2 Rakhis from RakhiBazaar.com on 18 Aug, 2015 to reach my native Kanykumari, and since then I am tracking the order. But until now it has not been delivered even after charging me heavily. I contacted RakhiBazaar.com, but they don't even respond. I somehow found the Tracking details, and contacted the First Flight Courier guys but they are very worst in their behaviour. The person attends and then without talking disconnects the call. I request you to kindly take action on RakhiBazaar.com and First Flight Courier.
