Pleased to find this forum to voice my current fate of disappointment and helplessness. I purchased the membership in 2019 but could manage to have only 2 bookings that too in times when ppl were not comfortable for travelling when corona cases were high in numbers. After that, I am struggling to find a single booking on weekends and some public holidays since February this year (2022). They have duped us in the name of providing accommodation any time in the year (except new year and xmas of course!!) I have email trails of proof where I was denied booking citing the nonavailability of rooms due to rush but don't know what to do with those.
