Rangers Club — Fraud company- Not a single booking in 2 years

1) The sales person Ranjana Shukla who says he is head of Clarks hotel is a big fraudster. He never picked the call after my several attempts

2) The company has disaffiliated Mussoorie and Manali property named as Larisa

Now they have left with average properties of Rs 3k per night.

3)These people always say that booking is full however when you check on Google you will find the availability.

4) You will have to ask a minimum one month before and you can't cancel the booking.

5)There is no grievance cell where you can complain.

6) My personal suggestion : Never take membership. It's better to plan your vacation anytime and book online anytime. You have the liberty to cancel, choose your property, instant. You will always be treated as a priority.
