Thier sales representatives miss sell the product by giving false promises for eg they told us of 5 star properties in their selection, they do not even have proper 4 stars.
Also whenever we want to make any booking, they always tell us non availability of properties infact while selling we were promised 100% booking surety to any location if we book 1 month in advance.
