My husband and I am facing a lot of harassments from Rangers Club. It was in the month of June, we got a call from an associate to attend an event at a nearby mall in Noida. When we went there we didnt see any event, instead some sales person were forcing people to take membership from their company Rangers Club. While selling the membership they did a lot of fake advertisement that they have all 5 stars properties and they gave us 100% booking assurance. They showed us some Rs. 140000 package initially but we denied then they forced us to take the Rs. 70000 package for which we already paid Rs. 48000 Luckily we didnt pay the rest. We would have never visited if we had known their only goal was to trick people into buying their bogus services.
We've been trying to get a booking since then, but all they've said is that they're not available. We requested bookings for a variety of properties at various times and days, and we did informed approximately 40 days in advance. But all they've said so far is that they don't have any availability. They almost never have any availability in any of the Rangers Club properties we request. Instead, they force us to take other properties by paying an additional fee that is nearly equal to the cost of the rooms.
My humble request to Indian Consumer Complaint Forum to take some strict action against Rangers Club and get us our hard earned money back. Was this information helpful? |
