TO, RASNA INTERNATIONAL Sub: clearance of salary and ta/da month 7th jan – fed8th 2014 RESPECTED SIR, This to bring you kind notice …sir..i have joined rasna international juice on 7th jan 2014 I have joined as tsm Jabalpur (m.p). they have issued me offer letter issued by hr balaji delhi office .i have submitted my 10th, mba, graduation marksheet, 4photos, previous company offer cum appointment letter, pay slips, reliving mail and hard copy of last organization scjohnson pvt ltd . these document were couried bt me on 16.01.2014 from Jabalpur blue dart .which he received 19.01.2014 .on 21.01.2014 balaji called me to inform that marksheet of 12th class is not their which was sent by me on 21st jan by overnight express .on 21st I called him he told me I told about my salary .balaji sad me no issue don’t worried about your salary keep working it is credited to your account on 7th feb 2014 for my salary he has taken my alternate account no hdfc bank….on 1st of feb 14 I called balaji he told me your salary credited on 1t of march2014..so I discussed to nssm shahid sir .he told because 12th marksheet your salary will come on march2014. On 3rd I talk to ceo ashraf sir visited Jabalpur I told him .he told me you will get advance salary ..6th feb 14, but I was nt given to me .i send nssm my monthly exp of jan 2014 for approval he is not approved it. On 8th feb gm call me talked me for my full and final settlement and after discussion .mr balaji given me termination letter on mail..
