Ray-Ban — Defective/Faulty Scratched Aviators

Hi there, my name is Himanshu Bhardwaj and I bought aviators from "Lifestyle in Mahagun Metro Mall in Vaishali, Ghaziabad UP on 21/07/2015 @ 2130 hrs". I was busy on the fone, & it was also the closing time of the store, while I was trying to find the right sunglasses so I did not care to pay any heed to look out for scratches thinking since its Ray-Ban so the glasses are ought to be clean only. I got the chance of wearing them for the first time in dehradun after 11 days and was really shocked to see the outer side of the glasses scratched. They have been in the box since then. I haven't been to vaishali since then and I also don't have the bill with me here in dehradun.
