Rs435deducted from my account for booking of train ticket on[protected] txn no [protected] through bhim app. Ticket not booked but amount was deducted. Amount was refund from irctc to razorpay. But amount was not accumulate in my account. Upi no[protected] [protected]@icici. I booked a ticket on Irctc via UPI and my money was transferred twice from my account i.e 95rs were transferred twice for a single transaction. i did not receive the ticket confirmation either. Extremely poor customer service. Highly disappointed.

I tried to book a ticket through irctc mobile app (transaction done by bhim app to [protected]@icici )but amount is debited and ticket is not booked now almost 3 weeks over then also refund amount is not credited still now . i sended 2 email to your 2 email id [protected]@razorpay.com, [protected]@razorpay.com regarding this matter. i didn't get any reply from your side ..Your helpline number is not working ...Your customer service is too bad
