Payment was done via razorpay and the money got deducted but the tickets were not booked below did the transaction details.

Hi, I tried to contribute to my NPS account on 31/03/2023, 12:51AM IST through Razorpay payment gateway. The amount for debited from my bank account and in the UPI app the transaction shows successful but in NPS website it showed transaction failure.
Hence the contribution is not considered by NPS and I didn't receive any SMS from NPS that units will be credited.
