I had made a agreement for the 1st year for 13000 and payed the landlord a full 11 months rent in advance with 1 month rent as deposit.
However during the extension for the 2nd year the landlord told he wanted another 1 month rent as deposit I agreed that to and he called me saying he did not wanted to continue me for the 3rd year so I asked for my deposit of[protected] from the 1st year and 13500 from the second year but he is saying that he had taken only 500 Rs on the extension day and carried forward the deposit however my 2nd year agreement clearly mentions that he has taken a full advance rent.
