In search for a room or flat on rent in Noida, i came in contact of broker named Aditya who showed me a flat with a person named Karan Mishra (As care taker of the flat) in Amrapali Silicon City, Sector 76, Noida and I finalised the flat paying a token of Rs. 3000... i was supposed to shift on 15th July (next day). On the day when i came with luggage, the flat that I was supposed to shift in was locked and the broker (Karan) asked to shift to a different flat in the same society till the flat doesn't open and took society moving charges and rent from me (Rs. 11, 000+ 3, 500 = 14, 500) ...on 19th July i shifted to this flat... but the broker is missing, he receives calls and says he is sending me agreement and money back as I need to send money to owner... it's 23rd today and no response from him. My Rs. 17, 500 is stuck with him please help.
